I'm Finally Back!!! =)

I am SOOOO sorry I haven't blogged in so long! =I I have a huge, packed blog post right here and now, so get comfy and sit back.

Post Part # 1
Am I obsessed with clouds? I can not get enough of cloud photos! (This is kinda weird) But I get the best pictures out of my bathroom window. There is always a perfect shot. I also love nature. It is so nice. I just love the peace and Serene feel to it. I have such a great home for nature pics. Living on a cute and wonderful five acre house with great spot to take pics is awesome. I also love cute pictures of pets. Can I help it? I love the challenge, even if other stuff would be easier. Oh well, you gotta love me!
Post Part # 2
I am totally hooked-on two books of course.
Book # 1: A series by Margaret Peterson Haddix. They are every child's fantasy that you may just be an offspring of some person in history. It is really hard to explain, but I am totally hooked on these books. There are three so far: Found, Sent, and lastly Sabotaged. There is to be another book and I'm in suspense until it come out. I am totally serious. It leaves out halfway of the book to go to another dimension, and I just might explode waiting. ARG!!!! X(
Book # 2: This is a really good book by Dandi Daley Mackal. It is of course about horses. The series is Winnie the Horse Gentler. It is really good, and I believe I read around nine of the books. I really hope there are more. So good. Dandi is a really good author!
Post Part # 3
Okay, I know Christmas is coming up. Surely it is a little far away, but I am still enjoying the thought of it. My Grandma always makes twice baked potatoes every Christmas Eve, and they are irresistible. I'm not kidding! =0 I only get them on Christmas eve, and I joke that once I eat them, I know that it's Christmas Eve. Another good thing that comes right before Christmas is Thanksgiving! Our whole family freaks out over my Grandma's famous stuffing. I have to hide a bucket or else I won't get any.
The day after Thanksgiving is also special. It the day of putting up our Christmas tree! We all get the boxes, and have left over thanksgiving food for our meals. YAYAYA!
I have made a Christmas wish list, and it's pretty cool. I have also played around with the fonts and stuff. (mostly because I love to explore Microsoft Word) One thing that I want for Christmas is.....PLEASE DON'T SNORT!....... a lasso! Cool huh?
Post Part # 3 and 1/2
The reason I want a lasso is because of this story.
My brother and I decided to go to the pole barn and get some rope for jump ropes. -We had been into jump roping in our living room, and our jump rope really hurt if it slaps your leg- So we made jump ropes, and soon we had made rope courses so jump and crawl around, and I tried to tie Sam to the chair. (It didn't work) He just slid his hands over and he was out in seconds. Grr. Finally he came up with the idea of making lassos. One problem, the lasso isn't really that good. It's the wrong rope, so I want a lasso for Christmas.
Post Part # 4
If anyone doesn't know, I won first and second in a skating competition. It was with my friend. We were in a compulsory team -Compulsory: a skating team where they skate to a song and each person does a different move. They are judged on their moves- and also we did a couples spotlight. For compulsory, we got second because one of the girls was sick, so we couldn't judge her move. As for couples spotlight, it went great!! We got first, my friend and I. We dressed up as Bert and Ernie. So cute! (But my wig was not on tight, so I was skating with the idea that my wig could fall off at any second.) I got a nice trophy! =)
As you can see, I had a very eventful week or so, and I'm glad you're filled in on it,
Allyssa
